Andrew joins PaleoWest with over 15 years of experience in architectural history and urban planning. His wide-ranging background spans major transportation projects, intensive archival research, citywide surveys, and analysis of individual properties under CEQA, Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, Section 4(f), and NEPA. We’re excited to see him leverage his expertise in the months ahead!
